Q:What's the payment terms?
A: T/T:30% of the total amount paid prior as deposit,and the 70% balance should be paid before shipment.
L/C: 30% of the total amount paid prior as deposit,and the 70% balance should be paid against the copy of DOC.
Q:If i received imperfect products, What’s the guarantee and after-sales?
A:we have the obligation to provide sea worthy packing material. but its also possible to damaged by other reasons such as inland transportation and improper loading and effected by external environmental factors for rattan and steel. we will try to help to cover an insurance against such possible effect factors. but if you found parts lost or painting fall off, please take photos and notes the problems. we'll re- send new parts to you. if you can not fix chair well, please refer to installation manual and email us, we will solve it for you as soon as possible.
